Planning questions

01How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. Earlier booking is encouraged for weekends, holidays, and larger events to help secure your preferred date and time.

02What happens if the weather changes?

Light rain usually does not require cancellation. Our chef can cook under a large umbrella, and the event can continue as long as there is a covered or sheltered area available for the cooking setup and guests. In cases of severe weather, strong winds, lightning, or unsafe conditions, we may need to delay, reschedule, or cancel the event for everyone’s safety.

03What types of events do you serve?

We host private hibachi celebrations across Arizona, including birthdays, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, graduations, anniversaries, family events, friend gatherings, employee appreciation events, team celebrations, and company parties.

04How long does a typical event last?

About 1.5 hours for the cooking show and dinner, give or take depending on your group size. Our chef arrives 20–30 minutes early to set up, so expect us on site for roughly 2 hours in total.

05What setup and cleanup are included?

Everything on the cooking side. Our chef brings the grill, fresh ingredients, and equipment, sets up the cooking station, performs the full hibachi show, and cleans up the cooking area before leaving.

06What should the host prepare?

Just the dining setup: tables, chairs, tablecloths, plates, and utensils for your guests, plus a flat outdoor space with room for our grill station. We bring everything else — all fresh ingredients, the grill and cooking gear, and sake for the adults.

07What is the minimum food charge?

$550 minimum food charge applies per event. Parties whose age-tier package total is below $550 are welcome; the minimum food charge still applies. Add-ons do not count toward the minimum.

08What’s included in the Hibachi Experience?

Hibachi Experience is $55 for adults, $30 for children ages 6–12, and free for young children ages 5 and under. It includes Two included protein servings per guest, Fresh salad, Fried rice, Hibachi vegetables, Chef and grill, Live hibachi experience. Optional selections include Wagyu Upgrade, Lobster Tail Upgrade, sides, appetizers, and Celebration Favor Box.

09How is the travel fee handled?

Travel fees are confirmed after the event address is reviewed. Availability remains subject to review.

10How do deposits and final payments work?

Parties of 24 guests or fewer do not require a deposit. Parties of 25 guests or more require a $200 deposit to confirm the booking. The deposit is applied toward the final event balance. Full payment of the remaining balance is due on the event date. Cancellations made at least four calendar days before the event date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than four calendar days before the event date are non-refundable. The deposit requirement depends on the current party size in the reviewed Quote. No payment is collected through the booking-request form. Cash is preferred. Zelle and Venmo are also accepted. We accept major debit and credit cards. Card-processing fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment.
