Information you provide

The booking form collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact and payment methods, event date and time, venue type and address, event type, guest counts by age group, menu selections, and optional dietary, allergy, or additional notes. It also records your booking-request acknowledgment and submission time. Guest age groups are collected as counts; guest names and birth dates are not requested.

The form does not collect payment, card numbers, bank-account details, or financial credentials. Please provide only the information needed to plan your event, especially in optional notes.

How we use event information

We use your information to save and review your request, assess availability and the event location, prepare estimates and quotes, coordinate menus and setup, communicate about your event, and maintain booking, deposit, payment, and cancellation records. A preferred payment method is a planning preference, not a payment authorization.

Request receipts and event updates may be sent by email. We also use the contact details you provide to follow up about your request and event arrangements.

Hosting, security, and notification services

Cloudflare hosts the website and booking database. The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions for automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser information; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy for its practices.

Resend processes email addresses and message contents to deliver booking notifications and quotes to you and our administrator. See Resend's Privacy Policy. When administrator text alerts are enabled, Twilio processes a short alert containing a request code and event summary. See Twilio's Privacy Notice.

Your records and requests

Booking information is stored with related quotes, status changes, payment records, and notification delivery history. You can request information about your records, a correction, or deletion by contacting us. Include your request code if available; we may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for payment, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes.
